this shark exceeds 50 feet long and feeds on tiny zooplankton.

A. The bull shark (C. leucas) is implicated in more attacks than any other
sharks, the tiger shark and the white shark (G. cuvier, C. carcharias) are
also considered to be dangerous under certain situations. Of the over 400
species of sharks known world wide, only a dozen or so are actually
potentially dangerous.
4. Q. What is the smallest species of shark?
A. The dwarf dogfish (E. perryi),
also known as latern shark; this tiny shark is a reef dweller.
5. Q. How many types of sharks are there in the world?
A. There are over 410 known species of sharks, and of these less than a dozen
reach a length of over 12' feet long. The average shark is approxinately 4'
feet long and are strictly fish eaters.
